We are dedicated to keeping all our patients and staff safe during this time of global pandemic.
Please help us by thoroughly washing your hands regularly, avoid sitting within close proximity of other patients in the waiting rooms and reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell.
Our daily cleaning procedures are already thorough and follow infection control guidelines, but we have decided to take extra precautions with additional cleaning and disinfecting before and after each patient
Our cleaning includes the sterilisation/disinfecting of all equipment, instruments, benches, chairs, cupboards etc. This happens before and after every appointment, and also at the beginning and end of each day.
We encourage the use of hand sanitiser for our patients that are wall mounted in reception and in the hallways near bathrooms, however please use this sparingly as there is a worldwide shortage.
Our team knows that they must strictly self-isolate if they have travelled overseas within the last 14 days or if they have been in contact with someone who is known to carry the virus.
Please do not attend your appointment if you:
• Show symptoms of COVID-19 or suspect you may be ill.
• Have been in contact with a known or suspected case of COVID-19.
• Have been overseas in the past 14 days
